Payment of a 50% deposit is payable with the order.
The balance is due on completion of the project and delivery / presentation of your DVD(s).
We will travel reasonable distances to film live shows, however, any venue more than 150 miles from Retford will incur a fuel surcharge of £50.
Where a production includes material not originated by PPC, the client will be solely responsible and liable for any copyright issues that may arise. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that all relevant permissions have been granted and exist.
In all productions the client is solely liable for ensuring that any MCPS fees have been paid.
PPC will not film productions that require certification through the BBFC. Certification is extremely expensive to gain and we limit ourselves to media that is exempt from classification.
It will be the clients responsibilty to gain permission to film from the chosen venue. We cannot be held liable for refusal of a venue to co-operate and stress that any deposit paid will be lost if they do not allow us to film.
